Convoy moving to Thatta

Posted by Faisal Qureshi

Over 30 volunteers, donors, and crew are packed in cars n coasters and are heading out to Thatta. Relief goods have already been dispatched and will reach the camps at a comfortable pace.

Pakistan Rangers have arranged all transport, security and logistics. The system IS working.

Once again I urge all donors to plan things out and to work in coordination with the administration. Not having faith in the system is valid. But not making the system work with you I sheer carelessness and not the apart of democracy.

And those of you who are getting ready to comment on the state of Pakistan's democracy need to understand the responsibility of a democratic nation.

Please plan relief work with administrators

Posted by Faisal Qureshi

People are getting killed in stampedes at food distribution. For God's sake be sensible. Do NOT go in without administrative support.

Pakistan Rangers are willing to offer help. Please contact then. Contact me if you need assistance. But please don't just jump in. You could do more harm than help.

Combine good intentions with good planning. These are very unusual circumstances.
